for preventing swimmer's ear -- from woman's day july '12: a tsp rubbing alcohol w/1tsp white vinegar.   use a dropper to put in 1 drop after each swim

same woman's day -- laura's hot fudge sauce:  1 cup heavy cream, 2 tbsp light corn syrup, 12 oz semisweet chocolate, 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
     in med saucepan, combine cream and syrup and bring to boil///remove fr heat, add chocolate and whisk until melted.  add vanilla///serve or pour into a jar and let cool before refrigerating for up to 2 weeks.  warm before serving.  good over ice cream and other goodies
